Banana Water!
Yeap. You read right. You can practically make water out of anything! We bought some delicious bananas last week and when I went to reach for a banana one morning [because we put them on top of the fridge] the whole stack slipped out of my hands as I was putting them back and they hit the floor! So you know what that meant... yeap, bruised and black bananas the next day. I mean all of the bananas got bruised. So I decided to just use them to make water. What the hell right? I mean, they were going to sit there and just go bad and nobody was going to want to eat them cause they were bruised and mooshy anyway. So this is a super simple recipe to make yourself banana water! Try it sometime! You might like it!
Ingredients Needed:
Bananas [about 4-5]
Water [2 1/2 liters]
Sugar [to taste]
Instructions
Peel and chop your bananas into small pieces.
Fill your blender almost to the top with the water and add chopped bananas to it.
Blend them well... pour into jug. Add remaining water.
Add sugar to taste and stir.
It might get a little foamy on the top. You can use your spoon to scoop it all out and dump it. I don't mind it but it's personal preferance. Then it's all done!
It tastes best chilly and cold with a cup of ice. =)

Brenda: Well... make sure they're not too ugly. I cut the bad piece out of course. The parts that got bruised. Make sure you do that. =)
Barbz: LOL Then don't try it! LMBO!
Oh yeah... that sounds good too! Add them when they're frozen. The water would probably come out frosty!
