Whenever Sofia starts to fuss and I know she's ready for a nap, I have this little routine I do with her. I hold  her against me cheek to cheek and I sing to her while I pace back and forth or rock her in place. I sing whatever comes to my head. I love to sing to her "Beautiful Girls" by Sean Kingston. LOL! She likes it! She just listens to me in a daze and smiles in return sometimes. I wonder if she understands the words? LOL Not very age appropriate but ah well... she digs it! haha [edit] Hubby just heard me playing this song and he's like, "You playing her song?" haha! See? I sing it to her so much it's become just that. Her song. She knows Mommy sings it to her. =) [/edit]

[Scene] Hubby, Sofia and I sitting on the couch smooching on Sofia… talking and playing with her. Hubby grabs Sofia’s feet

Hubby: Look at these cute little feet… so cute! [leans closer to her feet, kisses them and whiffs them] OMG, peeeyeewww. You got stinky toes…
Ana: [laughs] She does? [Ana leans closer and sniffs Sofia’s feet] OMG! They are! They smell cheesy! You got cheesy toes! [smells Sofia’s feet again and tells her] But you know what, Mumma? I love you no matter what. I love your cheesy toe smell… yes I do! [kisses Sofia’s feet again and sniffs them one more time.]

That, my friends, is just small proof that true love exists. =) Oh and yes, she got a bath today. LOL
